Welcome to Lisa's Blog page.

New Large Butteflies

22 February 2010

Yes I know its been nearly a month since I last wrote! I wanted to show you these new large butterflies. After getting an order for some bigger butterflies I decided that the previous style was not quite right...........so after a few late nights and some tweaks here and there this is now the new large butterfly. The photo shows the small butterfly in comparison with the large.
I now supply 'The Lake Gallery' in Taupo. They have the new butterflies!

On Friday night I went into Wellington with my best friend Lyn to see Diana Krall in concert. We had a fabulous time but we both agreed that we wanted more of her songs from her older albums. We were both unfamiliar with Krall's new album(Quiet Nights). We stayed in a hotel just around the corner which was great as well but I unfortunately left my favourite pair of shoes behind and as yet they have not been found!
Today I also spent the day in Wellington with 'The Metalist' (hubby Brett). We have come to the conclusion that our shop as of next week will be called 'Harman and Harman'. It is what I originally wanted to call it-so its lucky that the website has this name already.Brett is starting to include more of his work and we would like to promote both of us.
I have included these photos of our chickens. They are sweet and friendly but they do have a tendency to come inside when we are not looking. That would be okay except that they are not house trained. We came home today to find 'you know what' everywhere! As all my friends know I am not particularly house proud but even I have my limits when it comes to sharing my house with untrained pets. One good thing to come from it is that the floors are freshly mopped and gleaming..........Lx
